Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) was established in Poland in 1994. At present, it is one of the largest real estate developers in Central and Eastern Europe. GTC operates actively in the 10 countries of the region: Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Ukraine and Russia.

Globe Trade Centre S.A. has been a public company since April 2000, and its shares have been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange since May 2004. GTC is a member of the prestigious WIG20 index and the widely followed MSCI international indexes. In January 2006 GTC's shares, GTC being the only company from CEE, were added to the GPR 250 index. This index tracks share price performance of the worldʼs 250 biggest and most liquid property companies.

GTC develops projects and manages completed properties in three key sectors of real estate: retail and entertainment centres, office buildings and parks and the residential sector. The company has developed about 800,000 sq m of net space and is currently the owner of a combined net area of about 524,000 sq m of completed commercial property.

Currently GTCʼs portfolio contains more than 130 projects, completed and implemented in the main locations of Central and South Eastern Europe.

GTC has received many distinctions and awards for its activity in the region. In the competition CEE Real Estate Quality awards, the firm was recognized as Developer of the Year in Central and Eastern Europe in the years 2009, 2007 and 2004.
